IMPACT Growth REIT (IMPACT) was established on September 22, 2014 and the unit trust of IMPACT was first traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on October 1, 2014

Currently, IMPACT has invested in 4 assets, which are IMPACT Arena, IMPACT Challenger (Hall 1-3), IMPACT Forum (Hall 4), and IMPACT Exhibition Center (Hall 5-12), which are located in IMPACT Muang Thong Thani and has total area of 479,761 sq.m. and net exhibition area of 122,165 sq.m.

ปัจจุบัน IMPACT มีทรัพย์สินที่ลงทุนทั้งหมด 4 แห่ง ได้แก่ ศูนย์การจัดแสดงอิมแพ็ค อารีน่า อาคารอิมแพ็ค ชาเลนเจอร์ (ฮอลล์ 1-3) ศูนย์การประชุมอิมแพ็คฟอรั่ม (ฮอลล์ 4) และศูนย์การแสดงสินค้าและการประชุมอิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี (ฮอลล์ 5-12) ซึ่งทรัพย์สินทั้ง 4 แห่ง ตั้งอยู่ในโครงการอิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี โดยมีพื้นที่รวม 479,761 ตร.ม. และพื้นที่จัดแสดงสุทธิ 122,165 ตร.ม.
